Everything is impossible until someone does it.

If a wall is not built, it won’t be due to technical reasons, it will be because the government just didn’t have the will to do it.

If nothing else, watch the video. It’s really pretty amazing how they did this. I shudder to think of the cost not only the value of the lost cargo, but of the salvage operation.
