Kenneth Mars, a long time and well known character actor,  died on Saturday from Pancreatic Cancer. Mars had a starring role in the 1967 Mel Brook’s movie The Producers as a slightly deranged ex Nazi play write. Mars had a large number of other roles over the years, but is probably best remember for playing Inspector Kemp in Young Frankenstein.
