I will not be a bit surprised if a Joe Biden/Elizabeth Warren ticket emerges from the Democratic Nominating Convention. Both Shrillary Clinton and Comrade Bernie are deeply flawed candidates.
Joe Biden is pure DC establishment and campaigns well, dope that he is. Elizabeth Warren is main stream Democrat and can still run to the left of Comrade Bernie. The difference being that he really believes that crap and she’s owned by the Wall Street she professes to hate.
There are no guarantees in politics and I could still be wrong, but I think this is a very plausible situation.
I said something about this same scenario a week or so ago to a co-worker and they looked at me like I grew a second head.
Very plausible.
I’ve discussed this with some friends and they don’t think it’s at all farfetched. Given all the machinations that go on in DC, especially with this President, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
