Child rape shocker: Girl, 10, alleged victim of Level 3 sex offender
A Level 3 sex offender with numerous aliases and an enormous rap sheet is accused of brutally raping a 10-year-old girl when he was supposed to be driving her to a youth summer program, according to court documents.
Erroll Foreman, also known as “Bam,” picked up the child from her aunt’s home, and police said he forcibly raped her before dropping her off at the Boston-based youth program last Thursday.
“The victim also disclosed … that ‘Bam’ had grabbed her (chest) and also threatened to kill her and her family if she told anyone what happened,” according to a police report.
The only question I have here, not answered by this article, is if the aunt knew that this POS was a Level Three Sex Offender. If she did, then she should be charged as an accomplice and spend some time in prison.
This guy isn’t a three time loser, he’s about an eight time loser.
He was in a house of correction from 1987 to 1994, and then on and off from 1996 to at least 1999, according to court documents.
Foreman failed to register as a sex offender on a number of occasions, according to court documents.
In 1997, he was found guilty of assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
How many “second chances” does one person deserve?

Defense attorney Courtney C. Linnehan asked Coffey to set bail at $25,000 cash and said Foreman’s criminal history was not as lengthy as it seemed because court records contained some duplicate offenses. Outside the courtroom, Linnehan said her client “vehemently denies” that he sexually assaulted the child.
“He is, under the circumstances, I would say holding up very well,” Linnehan said in an interview. She said she did not believe any of Foreman’s family or friends were in the courtroom Tuesday to support him, though he has five children. He works as a freelance mechanic, she said.
If I were the judge, I’d release him on bail with the condition that he has to live with Atty Linnehan until the trial is over. Which would explain why I’d never be a judge.
Only in Massachusetts where there is no such thing as a bad boy, would we have this,
Citing legal restrictions, he declined to comment at length about Foreman specifically, but indicated that the registration obligation of offenders stops 20 years after their case ends or they are released from prison.
Because we all know that these poor people have been punished enough for their crimes.
There was a time when a creature such as Foreman would have been hung after his first conviction. We’re so much more civilized now and understand that his lousy childhood is to blame, not that he is a sub human POS and the world would be better off if he were six feet underground.
This is tragic, and it’s compounded by the indifference of the child’s mother. Any decent mother would have prevented such a person from coming anywhere near her child. A decent mother would be loaded for bear.
It came out in the news this morning that the suspect is the boyfriend of the aunt. I wonder what else might come out as facts emerge?
