Or, every statement by President Obama has an expiration date. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy that Osama bin Laden is now the Late Osama bin Laden. Good work by the SEALS and CIA. Still, this Administration has authorized more targeted killings than did the Administration of President Bush. This sort of thing was bad when Republicans did it, it was even worse when the Israelis did it. Now, it seems not to be such a bad thing when a Democrat President does it. Bin Laden is not the first enemy of the US to be killed by executive order, and I doubt he’s the last. Just search “targeted killing” and you’ll find a plethora of articles on the subject with lots of names.

At this point I think it’s fair to say that Barrack Obama has ordered more hits that Michael Corleone.
