From the Hartford Courant Op Ed page comes this gem.
Kevin Rennie is a former Republican state legislator from CT. He writes opinion articles for the Op Ed page of the Courant.
Today’s article is Hard Questions Stagger Legislators. He raises some interesting points, which apply to parasites career politicians of both parties. Probably of all parties around the world for that matter.
Another serious problem is that politicians disdain short answers to clear questions. They mistake a cloud of nonsense for a clever reply. This fuels the skepticism permanently infecting political discourse.
That’s some high octane snark, right there.
Seriously folks, read the entire article. Politicians of all stripes should heed his advice.
Good one! And yeah, a straight answer WOULD be nice…
Just don't hold your breath waiting, it wouldn't be healthy.
