Conveniently forgetting that NAZIs were Socialists, not Right Wing Fascists, the media apparently has decided that the crazy person with previous convictions for gun crimes is a Right Wing Christian Domestic Terrorist.

Jack Levin, a Northeastern Univeristy professor of sociology and criminology, said a confluence of factors – from high unemployment to the election of a black president – are more likely to spur right-wing terror “for the next several years.”
Levin, like most “experts” appears to be an expert because he tells people he’s one and gets quoted in the media a lot. Again, NAZIs are socialists, not conservative right wingers. Socialism is on the LEFT end of the political scale, not the RIGHT end of the political scale.
Funny how the murder of a US Soldier by a Muslim is suddenly linked to right wing extremism because it furthers the narrative in this article.

Unfortunately, it isn't. First of all, German National Socialism, Italian Fascism, and Soviet Communism all used left-wing slogans to get into power, but once there, they governed as autocratic monarchies — generally defined as a very far-right type of government. Second, the piece of offal that shot up the Holocaust Museum was a white supremacist, which is also clearly a far-right position on the modern political scale. All of which does NOT, repeat, NOT mean he has anything in common with modern American mainstream conservatism. It does mean, though, that he isn't very close to modern liberalism either. He's off somewhere on his own deep in the backside of beyond. As befits a crazy man.
I think my argument that he's a leftist, is at least as valid, probably more so, than the Lame Stream Media assumption that he's a right winger. He hated Bush, Neo-Cons, and well, just about everyone. The truth is that he transcends political ideology because he's deranged. It's like saying John Hinckley is a leftist because he shot Pres. Reagan.
